Bryan represents management-side clients in the areas of employment and labor law and provides counseling and litigation services associated with such substantive topics as employment compliance matters, employment practices policies, discrimination, harassment, fair employment claims, unemployment benefits, wage and hour law, FMLA, ADA, employment contracts, affirmative action plans, and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. He previously worked at a prominent employment law firm in Minneapolis. An honors graduate from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Bryan’s undergraduate degree in political science is from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
