Ruder Ware Cares

Our founder’s philosophy of giving back to the communities in which we live continues to inspire us. Ruder Ware Cares offers employees a way to contribute to their community from the comfort and safety of their own desks. The firm collaborates with the United Ways in Brown County, Chippewa Valley, Marathon County, and South Wood & Adams County to provide kits to nonprofits and schools in need. By partnering with these local United Ways, we leverage their infrastructure and connections with local organizations to make a meaningful difference.

May 2024 Mental Health Kits

Our employees rallied together to assemble over 450 mental health calm kits. These kits were distributed to local elementary schools and nonprofits serving kids. They’re like lifesavers for students – helping them feel supported. Counselors and social workers use these kits when working with students to help them develop their own mindfulness and de-escalation skills. We couldn’t have made this project happen without our collaboration with United Way of Marathon County, Brown County United Way, and United Way of South Wood & Adams Counties. Our kits were given to:

PBS Wisconsin‘s Education Team did not disappoint with ideas and insight on making the kits fun, yet educational. Kits were given to:
