While working at a local bank in Edgar, Ruth saw firsthand how clients who’d just lost their spouse struggled with settling an estate when no pre-planning had been done.
Their struggle and her desire to be part of their solution inspired Ruth to attend law school and ultimately focus her practice on estate planning. In addition, Ruth’s well-rounded educational background and experience as an entrepreneur provides context for helping clients navigate issues relating to real estate and small businesses. At Ruder Ware, Ruth will assist clients with creating a plan that honors their legacy by identifying their goals and creating a blueprint for how to distribute their assets and take care of their families.
Ruth grew up outside of Marathon and enjoys country life and the outdoors, such as hiking, gardening, sailing, and canoeing with her husband and their young daughter. In the winter, you might find her reading or cross-stitching.
