With more than 20 years of experience, Steve’s practice involves business law representation for clients with a focus on practical solutions.
Steve routinely advises clients in several areas of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate law, and commercial real estate, as well as with respect to transactional intellectual property work.
Recent experience includes:
- Representation of purchasers and sellers in a variety of merger and acquisition transactions.
- Representation of family-owned and other closely-held businesses in connection with a wide variety of general corporate, real estate and contractual matters.
- Representation of businesses with respect to trademark prosecution, e-commerce and intellectual property licensing agreements, and other intellectual property matters arising as a part of business transactions.
It has been said that “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.” Steve believes in the power of travel and enjoys learning about the culture, history, art (and beers) of many countries outside the United States. When not working, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and golfing poorly.
