A Wausau native, Shanna advises individuals and business owners in all aspects of personal estate and business planning. Working with individuals, Shanna drafts wills and estate plans bringing a particular talent to capturing the family’s desires while maximizing tax saving opportunities. In addition, Shanna represents exempt organizations providing counsel in matters such as obtaining and retaining tax exempt status and compliance with federal code to avoid tax penalties. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, Shanna received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota – Minneapolis.
