With the numerous factors involved in business organizations, such as overseeing the ownership and filing of multiple entities, there are many moving parts, and ambiguity is often unavoidable. Rather than dwelling on problems, she believes in identifying the next actionable step, as there is always a path in some direction. Anna takes pride in her diligence, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Her role is to keep everything organized, legally compliant, and efficient for the attorneys.

At Ruder Ware, Anna:

• Assists with the formation of business entities.
• Maintains corporate records.
• Conducts property research.
• Drafts and record property transfer documents.
• Prepares real estate closing documents.
• Assists with securities transactions and SEC electronic filings.

When she’s not in the office, Anna frequently travels around Wisconsin and Minnesota to visit friends and family, always on the lookout for good breweries and restaurants. Her favorite way to unwind is enjoying the sunshine on her porch with her cat.
