They are looking for support along the way, and Callie helps them to navigate the twists and turns.  The most rewarding part of her job is being able to put their minds at ease by implementing and working through the logistics of the plan.  She values the relationships that she builds with our clients, and she feels strongly that her efforts are making a difference.  Since joining Ruder Ware, Callie has played instrumental roles on our elder law team.  Recently she was promoted to Paralegal because of her ability to organize complex information and process data into an understandable format.  Callie’s core functions on our elder law attorney team include:

1. 1. Completing Medicaid applications
   2. Applying for Wispact Special Needs Trusts
   3. Petitioning the court to create Wispact trusts for guardianship matters
   4. Communicating with Wisconsin Medicaid Income Maintenance Consortium employees

Callie and her husband enjoy travelling to the family lake house often with their dog and ever-growing son.  When not splashing in the water or enjoying the sunsets, they can be found visiting breweries or binge watching their favorite shows on Netflix.
